We know, we know, when we heard “The Woodsboro Gathering” it sounded like a lynch mob meeting. Alas, while construction of Woodsboro PD has received all the attention over the past few days, just across the road a local store has been altered into what appears to be the town’s antique shop.
In our opinion, it’s not a story locale – just a further degree of background detail the hard-working team of Scream 4 have crafted.

It’s a covered area, used for parking and markets. Yesterday an almost identical sign said The Plymouth Gathering.. so yes,I think it’s probably for background and atmosphere!

H2 was filmed in Covington Ga, as does Vampire Diaries, and the amount of detail they put into Haddonfield for H2 was amazing and they hardly showed much of the detail in the film. I think being a production designer would be a blast.
