Spike TV Scream Awards With Scream 4 Preview (HD Video)
Spike TV’s Scream Awards 2010 has now aired, and you can now enjoy the Team Scream segment in HD as Neve Campbell, Emma Roberts, David Arquette and Wes Craven take to the stage and present the official preview of Scream 4! Bare in mind, the preview is not simply a shorter version of the Theatrical Trailer – it contains many alternate shots.
Update December 27 – Cast & Crew presentation footage has been removed from YouTube, but on the plus side enjoy this far superior HQ copy of the Spike TV Trailer Preview until we can source a replacement.

i REALLY have a hunch that Gale might be behind the killings this time around. Idt that theyd show her actually dying. I think maybe she’ll fake her death in the recording.
Very much doubt they’d put that shot of Gale taking a Ghostface mask off in the trailer if she was gonna be the killer.
This is true. But they may try and pull a fast one on us. By the trailer they want us to think that either she dies, or she is the killer. And in the movie, if they fake her death the audience will think she’s dead and rule out the possibility of her being a killer. That shot was of her when she used the mask to get into the stab-o-thon party at the barn.
