Horrorhound #28′s cover gives a jarringly wonderful glimpse into what a Scream poster might have looked like if it were made in the 70′s or 80′s before publicity became almost completely photo-based. The issue is now on sale and features a Scream retrospective and Scream 4 coverage.

Here’s a decidedly unique Scream 4 behind-the-scenes photo taken by Wes Craven and released by Fun World’s R.J. Torbert through Twitter. It depicts Ghostface relaxing between takes. A rare moment of vulnerability for the usually energized killer.

Today Moviefone premiered Poster #2, coming a few weeks after Yahoo debuted Poster #1. Echoes of Halloween, anyone? If Scream 4 is comparable to any movie, it’s Halloween.
