Entertainment Tonight‘s online arm has officially released Scream 4‘s full theatrical teaser trailer, a sharper, snazzier looking version of what was released in Australia yesterday (and quickly leaked soon after). TV Guide interviewed Shenae Grimes about 90210 but dropped the requisite Scream 4 question. As expected, nothing juicy was revealed – but now that we’ve seen the teaser, there may be a good reason for that beyond the usual hush-hushity. NOW UPDATED with HQ version. The full Scream 4 teaser got its World Premiere at Australia’s MovieFix a partner of MSN. It runs quite longer than what was shown on the Spike TV Scream Awards teaser – this explains why our reporting of the teaser runtime didn’t match what was televised.
