Still Screaming: The Ultimate Scary Movie Documentary has already been pre-praised for its sheer amount of trilogy cast and crew assembled. In a new interview with Scream Franchise Examiner, writer/director Ryan Turek reveals a candid regret about the one key creator who won’t be seen in the doco.

Our friends at Scream Franchise Examiner have interviewed Neca’s Randy Falk about their upcoming Ghostface figures, and some positive news has come out a common critical point…

Both regular and zombie Ghostface figures from Neca are now availible to pre-order. It certainly appears the designs are final, which we’re honestly not happy with. Just like Michael Myers’ mask, there is far more to correctly duplicating the movie version than simply keeping the general colors and shapes.

It’s a new year – the year Scream 4 comes out! And expect things to ramp up in February, by our calculations. But spare a thought for Still Screaming: The Ultimate Scary Movie Retrospective, now editing – and with a far smaller window to lock down a finished product than Scream 4 had, we imagine.

Fun World’s R.J. Torbert has released a statement addressing Neca’s prototype Ghostface figure which had received divisive fan feedback.

Neca’s 2011 prototype Ghostface figure was revealed on Scream‘s 14th Anniversary, and while there are vast improvements on the older McFarlane Movie Maniacs figure we can’t help but think the mask doesn’t look authentic – the kindest we could say is that it’s more reminiscent of the KNB mold seen briefly in the original Scream.
