Scream 5 & 6

Status: Kevin Williamson is contracted to write Scream 5 but no deal is in place for Scream 6 this early. Wes has signed on to direct the remainder of the trilogy.

I can’t wait! I’m so excited for S4. The only news better than hearing about KW writing a new Scream movie is that he plans on writing THREE new Scream movies.

Scream 4, 5, and 6 are already confirmed…. Kev is writing all three because S4 S5 and S6 are a new generation for scream.

i might be wrong but i thought that the Arquettes had singed on for 4 & 5 and Campbell for just 4.

Sidney dies at the beginning of the movie, so she won’t be back. Her cousin is introduced and becomes the next target of the killer. Gale is barely in Scream 4, Dewey has a fairly large part, and both characters survive…as of the latest script draft, at least!

sounds very good , but we need old school ghostface we dont need a old mask we dont need a new trilogy. All old school thats what us screamers want just like scream 1 & 3 very creepy and intense

be honest to all non screamers such as ourselves who saw the movie but didnt really pay attention killing sid would be a big shocker as for us killing sid would make sense to some of us and piss off the rest. i am in the first half, i mean first of all killing off sid would be a great move i mean shes been through enough physco boyfriends and best friends, revenge of moms and crazy ass friend, and a jealous half brother, let someone else take a turn take the movie on a new road kill sid, kill dewey, kill gale, twist it turn it (bop it aha) jus keep us on a rollercoaster, hell weve seen dewey somehow keep surviving he is like a cockroach lol, idk jus my opinion flip the horror genre on its head one more time

nah…killing main 3 would be a big twist and make for a nice rollercoster ride BUT im not convinced i would want to watch another “Scream” if it isnt about at least 2 of the main 3. It started with Sid…CANT kill her, CANT. (i know this is a dumb idea but) i think sending her away and her not being in them and writing it off as “its not about sid anymore” would be so much better than killing her (only as long as she is still referenced and maybe appears in the last film) BUT KILLING IS OFF LIMITS…wont work. wont make sence. wont be good AT ALL. Literally, if sidney gets killed, its just like…the first 3 movies mean nothing. when ever i watched any of the first 3 films..in the back of my mind i will be thinking “oh you made it out alive…but your gonna die anyway so don’t really try that hard to live” it would simply (with lack of a better word) kinda ruin the trilogy for me…:/ LONG LIVE SID! (please )

Like someone said earlier on here – Scre4mers do not stiff! – show up for this flik so we can get parts V and VI.

I’m still posting that either Sid, Gale, or Dewey last until part 6 – realising of course Scream 6 is somewhat in the air. This gives Scre4m fans all the more reason to show up and pay for popcorn and coke as well.

I would like to see Sid fighting, screaming, and loving until Scream 6 as well Enzo, I”m just not sure it’s going to happen.

We can pray – hoping Kevin Williamson can write a fantastic trilogy AND keep Sid alive until or even to the end of Scream 6!

There have been a lot of posts concerning Ms Campbells reluctance to do Scre4m. If this is true – and I have no reason to doubt said “posters” – we could be looking at a Sidney Presscot funeral in Scre4m, which of course sucks, but who is going to argue with the logic?

I understand how tired actors and actresses can get of the same character. And also understand giving acting school, etc, most actors and actresses see more for themselves than running up and down stairs being chased by a GHostFaced stuntmen welding a knife. At the same time, one would imagine a monicum of delight at portreying a character people actually dig – people have invested their heart, soul, – everything in. I would love to see Ms Neve come back for part 5 and 6 – maybe suprise everyone.

IF she does die, im still gonna watch the next 2 films but dam, im gonna hate every second of screen time she could have been in even if they turn out to be the best films ever lol

i’ve a sneaky feeling this will be the last scream with sydney in it. Its not looking good, first off she wouldnt even sign on, then she did, then she dropped out then she did,kevin williamson nearly had to rewrite the whole thing. I honestly cant see syd surving yet again, and i think it will be early on in the film and the attention is going to be on dewey and gale…i also think syds father is going to pop up with a few suprises because his side of the story through out as been low key and brief, we hardly know anything about him.

I think the kills in this film are so tightly guarded, it’s hard to say who will killed, especially the classic opening kills. I don’t think Kevin Williamson would kill Sidney off early in this film(especially knowing that it would piss off A LOT of fans) , as he would probably keep her through SCRE4M to establish the story, 5CREAM to keep the story going, and SCR6AM to get to the ending, where she could very well end up getting killed. One of the main 3 characters will most likely end up dying by the end of this new trilogy.

I can’t wait for the new trilogy!…I’ve been looking around on google, youtube and other websites, and there’s been some pictures of courtney cox (gale weathers) holding a scream mask whilst on the set, this was the last thing i thought i would see, but maybe gale could be the new killer! hope not because in all of the “screams” the killer has died, and gale could be killed

I swear if Sidney dies I won’t watch Scream again… she’s the best of alll, she shouldn’t die! Without her the movie’s are stupid like seriously. i swear if she gets killed I’m walking right out of the theater! I love Sidney, she like makes the movies 10 x’s better & i only wanna watch scream 4 because of her, gale, and dewey. if they die the movies fails…. and i really hope emma roberts and hayden paniettiere don’t survive and go on to the other films.. they would like ruin the scream movies. they need too keep the original 3 at least, don’t ruin the scream movies! i’m watching scream 3 right now on tv and i can’t picture another scream movie without her… she’s the best. her, gale, and dewey have to live or else the movies will just suck!
